The “Replace Toner” message will appear on your laser printer when the machine thinks that it has come to the end of its useful life. This will normally occur many prints after the “Toner Low” message that precedes it.
Unlike more serious toner messages, these Brother laser printers will let you enter “Continue Mode” and continue printing until the toner within your TN2310 or TN2320 toner cartridge physically runs out.
